Lion Creek Crossings Technology Center (LCC-TC) is a state-of-the-art technology center located at Lion Creek Crossings Housing Development (LCC). The LCC-TC was created to address barriers to technology adoption and use by providing access to technology training and literacy to prepare residents for higher education and employment, and improve their access to social services.
Classes & Workshops We Offer Include:
Open Access for Adults and Youth:
Open Access is for community drop-in use. During Open Access the computers are available to research information on the internet, fill out job applications, write resumes, do homework, write papers, or to just check email. There is no time limit during access hours so please free to come in and use our lab!
Job Application Workshop:
Residents of Lion Creek Crossings and the surrounding community can take advantage of this workshop where they will learn how to: apply for a job at any company, complete online applications, conduct job searches using the Internet, and creating or updating resumes and cover letters.
College Quest Workshop:
A workshop designed for those who are stuck in a dead-end position, recent high-school graduates and those interested in entering college, participants will work with an Instructor to discover their passions and learn what local schools best fit their needs.
